HR Services Senior Professional

The HR Operations Senior Professional has operational ownership of the talent acquisition and enabling HR processes (e.g. organizational management, externals, contract changes, etc.) for Switzerland. They ensure effective execution of the services as well as continuous process improvement and effective change management. They coach HR Services Associates & Professionals in process area of specialization. They solve complex individual queries, which requires specific HR knowledge and a high degree of policy interpretation and knowledge of legal requirements.

Major Tasks

The HR Operations Senior Professional ensures the execution of, and will at times assist in the completion of, the following tasks:
•Proactively involved in cross-departmental groups and projects to drive an integrated HR service.
•Coordination of candidate and interviewer scheduling. Ensuring all aspects of the candidate visit are executed.
•Responsible for the creation of employment contracts, including obtaining necessary signatures.
•Responsible for the data entry of new hires into the HR systems and prepares all required new hire files and folders. Ensures related documents are properly completed and stored.
•Coordinates with internal partners to ensure the conditions stated in the offer contract are met and the transition of the new hire is successful.
•Manages the TalentFinder program for the country. Ensures accurate and timely payout of bonuses to eligible employees.
•Monitors the probationary period for new hires; reminds managers prior to period end date and supports on necessary actions.
•Manages externals process. Responsible for creation of positions, entry of the external information in required HR systems, notification to internal partners
•Responsible for the Organizational Management data for the positions in Switzerland. Support HRBPs to ensure structure and attributes are correctly reflected in the HR Systems.
•Responsible for the Reference and Confirmation Letters process. Coordination with Exit Management team to ensure reference letters are provided upon termination.

Education and Skills

The qualified candidate will possess:
•A university degree or equivalent, especially with focus on Human Resources. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive experience across core HR functions in the position of an HR Professional.
•Desirable is a wide HR Services experience and experience of working within international teams.
•English language skills, fluent in written and spoken form, plus local / regional language requirements.
•Detailed knowledge of key major HR processes, systems and corresponding interfaces
•Strong customer orientation with proven experience, service delivery management, HR process design and employee administration.
•Being a team player who is able to drive change and motivate others combining a high level of integrity.
•High degree of analytical skills paired with a solution driven way of working.
•Experience of necessary tools (e.g. SAP Customer Relationship Management), labor law and improvement of HR processes desirable.
