The -Cognizant Digital Business (CDB) – Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AIA) practice is one of the largest practices in Cognizant. This practice provides data and analytics services and solutions to clients across the globe.

This requirement is for a Director to own and grow the -Artificial Intelligence & Analytics- (AIA) practice in Switzerland along with ensuring delivery of all inflight engagements to Client commitments and expectations. The work will entail working in close collaboration with the Switzerland Sales & Marketing teams, Client Partners & Account Managers, Other CDB Practices, HR and Talent Acquisition and the Partner ecosystem. There will also be collaboration needed with Cognizant Regional Centers of Excellence and technology hubs. A very critical part of the job expectation will be to look after practice associates and ensure that these associates receive the guidance, help, mentoring and training needed to excel in their current job positions and future career aspirations.

Roles and responsibility include:
- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, career advice and growth paths for all the practice team members
- Maintain accountability and responsibility for all Artificial Intelligence & Analytics practice deliveries and engagements for the clients in Switzerland
- Ensure deliveries meet and exceed client expectations as per contractual agreements
- Provide client engagement and senior stakeholder management
- Shape and propose innovative solutions to the clients leveraging worldwide Cognizant client experiences, engagements and best practices, also keeping in line with technology advancements
- Envision, facilitate and drive client & technology partner meetings, workshops, demonstrations and presentations
- Work closely with the Client Partners and Account Managers to provide governance and oversight for existing client commitments
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams in identifying clients to be approached with niche and applicable Cognizant service offerings
- Plan for external events to participate or organize keeping in line with market trends and Client needs.
- Create joint Cognizant go-to-market strategies (internal and with partners) and plans to approach clients with innovation and value-based solutions
- Pursue co-creation (with clients and / or partners) of business solutions and demonstration-kits in a laboratory environment
- Create annual forecasts and plans to meet the targets set. Work with the country leadership team to plan and achieve these growth and client satisfaction targets
- Build skills, capabilities, expertise and centers of excellence in niche technology areas through systematic skill building plans, and leveraging the internal academy.
- Work closely with the HR teams to ensure Cognizant global best-practices as also Switzerland specific employee development needs are leveraged and adhered to for practitioner development and satisfaction
- Work closely with the talent acquisition teams to plan and recruit talent from the local or other EU regions and countries

Your profile:
- 15+ years of industry experience having worked in various different capacities – business development, practice leadership, leading large delivery engagements, consulting, technical pre-sales, solution architect
- Should have performed a data and analytics practice leadership role associated involving setup, build and growth of the practice
- Very strong data management and analytics expertise and background across industry leading tools and technologies
- Having led several large scale, diverse, Client delivery engagements and teams in the data and analytics space
- A thorough understanding of the new data & analytics technology landscape (Big Data, AI / ML, data & analytics platforms) in data and analytics and its application in real-life business solutions across industries
- Experience in multi-tiered, multi-location, global system integrator organizations in a complex matrixed environment and demonstrated effective collaboration across business units, practices, teams and partners
- Created and owned growth targets and demonstrated delivery successes to deliver to those forecasts and plans
- Formulated go-to-market (GTM) strategies and demonstrated successes (or learnings) in achieving goals set in these strategies
- Experience in presenting and demonstrating innovative data & analytics solutions tailored to specific Client needs
- Demonstrated client stakeholder leadership and management in complex engagements
- Managed and worked with a partner ecosystem to formulate joint GTM (go-to-market) strategies, joint client delivery successes, and team skill-build-plans
- Excelled in Team Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching skills and expertise
- A deep understanding of the regional and country-specific (Switzerland) client needs and expectations from Data & Analytics
- A clear understanding and vision on the application of advanced analytical solutions in Business and Societal Scenarios / Situations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
